We've stayed there 3 times each fall for one night and found it perfectly adequate. There is traffic noise. Very friendly owner. Felt comfortable. Fine for an overnight stay.

There are no bathrooms, showers or laundry, nor are there trees or picnic tables or spaces to have a campfire. It looks to be mostly for those who live here permanently. The owner's dog runs loose. There are animals here, as it is part of a farm, that children might like to see.

Fire ants are a severe problem there, and we've stayed there 6 times in 4 years. The restrooms are not very private or clean. But it's quiet.
